I hate flying but plan on going to europe for the honeymoon at the end of the summer and found best price around 800 to london from new york. Personally I would rather stand for 8 hours than sit... for a discounted rate I'd definitely do it

 

I wonder if that also applies to the bathrooms............

 

Kind of reminds me of being carted around in a cattle truck in Fort Benning, but with wings

 

This attitude on the part of the airlines is precisely why I don't fly for business purposes any more except under threat of termination - or death!!

So now in addition to having to take off your shoes and getting felt-up by TSA goons you have to stand? Amtrak takes a bit longer but the seats are sure comfy.

 

I doubt you could get many more people on a plane as is. There is only enough room now to get your knees jammed into the back of the seat in front of you.
