Just wondering how many of us go out, whack a little white ball with a stick, and stare with horrified fascination at the ridiculous places the ball ends up.

Count me in.... though I don't take it seriously at all. My friends and I usually get kicked off the course because of our golf etiquette... or lack of.
Here is a little known fact. They Really don’t like it when you park the cart on the greens. Who Knew?

We played today 105 heat index
I think we'll just stay in the AC and watch golf on TV till it cools off.

(Now where's he going?)Used to play alot, but only played once this year in a work tournament. Scramble format where we tied for 1st and with a match of cards we ended up taking 2nd. Not bad considering 3 of us hadn't played yet......and I'm a lefty.
I play about once a year, badly.
I figured I had to take it up on at least a casual basis, though. About two years ago I went to one of those things Dodge has every so often where you can drive all their cars and what-not, drove all the cars, and signed up for all the contests.
About two weeks later, the FedEx guy shows up at my door with a full set of TaylorMade 200 clubs and a putter.
Bought me a Happy Gilmore type bag at the thrift store to put 'em in, and now I drag them out once a year to go chase the little white ball.
