How many Dune riders here

Just love taking the hot rod out to the dunes, don't even ride dirt any more. I love riding Little Sahara Ut., St. Anthony’s Id., Glamis (of course), Killpecker in Wyoming (hate that road in though), even make it up to Walden here in Colorado sometimes (it’s real small). Here’s a photo of my sand toy at St. Anthony’s, A Bombardier DS(use ta be)650 (now 760) I'm close to Thunder looking towards Choke Cherry. So lets see your sand toy

Just started the Dunes last fall. Look at sig

We usually go to Buttercup. It is an absolute blast. I have my fingers crossed that the Ranger will do fine. 700CC of fun should get me up the hill.(With a cooler full of ice cold drink BTW)

Can't wait for Halloween.....

I went to Pismo a couple times... That is fun.

I went to Glamis once a few years back, and I wasn't exactly impressed. Too many people...

I prefer rock crawling my quads anyways...

IA_James, If you like Little Sahara you really ought to try St. Anthony's, I'm sure you'd love it

yfz450guy, nice collection I'm hopeing to make it to Oregon some day to try their dunes, Is that the UAE hill racing in the photo? (looks like it from what I've seen at Planet Sand) heck of a hill

Shovelhead, somehow I though you'd have something that would throw more sand

Begle1, might try the south end (Buttercup etc.) less crowded than the north end

If your into the dunes you might want to check out buddy's site http://www.dunereview.com/ lots of phots, videos, directions and info on dunes in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado and California all free and stop by the forums if you want talk to some of the locals about your next ride
