I'm a Ford guy. Drivin a 97 (the last of the good looking Ford trucks) crew cab F-350 4x4 Powerstroke. Although I'm selling it and have made up my mind to buy a 3500 Cummins when it sells.

It is all in the name...I was refering to my user name on that comment.

And I am sorry Scotty, but I will be driving the PSD for a little while longer. :'( The deal for the new CTD did not go through. The wholesaler in the US found a different truck for less money. :

Reera, how do you like your Dmax/6-speed? The first Dmax I had was that combo and I hated it, It's D/A all the way for me. 8)

There's a 96 F150, 300 5spd. shortbox as well as a 95 F350 dually crewcab, 460 auto. kicking around our place. They have both stood up well. But they are both gas hogs!

Re:How many D-Max & Ford users are here?

A buddy of mine has an 87 or 88 F250 with the 300/granny gear 4 speed. Must have 400K miles on it, only had to put bearings in it when the oil pump died. Heck of a truck but it can't haul like my old 78 W200, not to mention my CTD. Got about the same gas mileage as the W200 For a Ford it hasn't been a bad truck.
