Good Stuff Blake! That takes some stones to talk about that here too I must say. I've never been a slimjim myself just hovering around the 215-220 mark myself. Congratulations on the transformation.

Oh, how much weight in silicone did they add for your implant surgery and when do you go back for the "bottom" half?.

Is that an invitation for me to try it? I'll just tell Robb "Blake told me to do it!"

Neither did he.

Blake, Scott pretty much summed it up. The biggest choice you have to make is the change in life style. It takes more than the surgery to stay on track, you have to adopt an entirely new way of thinking about life's choices. Starting with food is just the first step. I'm glad you decided to get started before you had something bad happen.

To be honest, I don't know if I could do it. I get pretty set in my ways and even the thought of the smallest of changes sends me off the deep end. Just the first sign of senility I guess.

Scott, I think it's all in the state of mind. Some folks have to be forced to change, others have to see the need to change. I think if you really believed in the need, you'd do what you had to.

Dont think that kind of change was what they had in mind.

Seriously though, Rick has nailed my problem on the head. I have seen the need to change and have done stuff about it in the past.
But, I slide into my old habits and now really need to change before much longer. At 55 I cant shake the lbs anymore without changing a few things.
