Good afternoon all y'all, outside chores for the day are DONE. The mini-quads for the nieces have new tubes in the rear tires so that when they come next weekend we finally have 2 working quads at the same time as we have 2 little kidlets here. The last of the turnips are out of the garden and about half of the spuds are in thier boxes for storage. I did about 10 other small jobs today not worth mentioning (they were worth mentioning to DW).

DW is making tomato soup with some of the last 'maters out of the greenhouse. You can smell it all around the outside of the house. It is interesting outside right now, it is duck and deer season. In the morning it is non-stop shotguns for ducks and geese and the rest of the day I have heard lots of big booms from the deer rifles.

Have a good evening everyone. BTW, Twich, it was good to see you make a quick driveby yesterday.

Won't say it, won't say it, won't say it...
You a spouthpaw? I'm not.
Nerves pinched in my neck, cause carpal tunnel-like symptoms. Surprised me how much it popped. Then my shoulder started grinding, then popping, seems like it's the one tendon. Least that's what the chiro said. Still got some soreness from the tendonitis in the left elbow, but the arm hasn't gone numb since the adjustment.

Think about it.
Without food.... you can survive a month
Without water....you can survive almost a week
Without air, you can survive minutes.
Without the brain.... no time at all.

Every function of the body is controlled by the brain, connected through the nerve system, with the main line running down the spine.

on subject one, lol

I started boxing(just speedbag at home) just to elevate the shoulders and release the tight grip in the neck, reduced the carpal tunnel and improved a bunch of situations driving caused. balloon work as it is consistency, not heavy punch. height should be above head...werked fer me.

gotta turn wood boxes 90 degrees.

Shorts, kitty took care of loose mouse. We enjoy watching it 'swim' in the porcelain 'pool'. good kitty. hurt paw and all.
good luck with the organization! enjoy home!

Time for a lawyer. The person who hit me had a fake address on his vehicle registration. It is a lot with a shed on it and no one lives there. The phone number listed in the phone book has been disconnected. The claims recovery department of my insurance company apparently has not been kept informed any more than I have. I found out more by talking to the towing companies than from the insurance companies. Waiting to hear back from the trooper's supervisor. Hard to talk to people when they don't answer the phone.

I wish you the best of luck and that thing go smoothly.

Just got word on what State Farm jokingly values my truck, $3700. No way can I replace my truck for that. Still waiting on the medical claim.

Any movement helps. So does a ton of lumbar support in a seat. I have a pillow behind my lower back when in my recliner here and in the daycab the seat is tilted clear back with the lumbar support pumped clear up. The flattop seat is just fudged. I think the best seat on the place is on the 4020 (for me at least), there is only the wrap-around back cushion and a small one above that. It supports my back below the ribs but not any higher, lets things move around more. The seat in the daycab almost allows that.

Yep. When I lived in Ohio I had carpal tunnel problems and severe headaches, had to lay flat on my back with a pillow on either side of my head to wake up without a headache some nights. Went to an old-time chiropractor but after the snap-crackle-pop he'd put me in traction and pull me right back out. Went to another and he took x-rays, had 3 vertebrae in my neck slid back on each other. 3 visits a week for a month, 2 a week for another month, and once a week for a while after that. But I was able to tell the difference after the first week.

Most I've been to since don't want to take the time to loosen up the muscle first, even though you tell them that it has to be step 1. One doesn't do any muscle work but he eases things back into place, he doesn't cause headaches, but relief is very short-term.

This one is good. She puts the electric and heat to me (and even comes in to check if it needs turned up or down or anything) before any adjusting. Then she works and stretches any muscles that are holding up any movement.

Did some cleaning today and had to unbolt the seat in the daycab to weld up the base. The side broke out where the trap-crank handle hit it and then it started cracking in between the holes in the bottom. Got it all tacked back together and bolted back down. Took out a couple fence rods, seed auger tube, and some other stuff that's been in it since I started working here three years ago next Monday. Then I rotated the tires on the bale-bed duramax. Dang thing has another front wheel bearing out. This one is under 2 years old as well as the half-shaft that's out of it, too. Rotors are warped like an SOB, pulled the ABS fuse and it actually stops now though. Part of the system down on the frame rail goes bad and it's almost $2000 at the dealer. It actually stops now, and it will lock up all 4 if you really want to get her stopped.

Howdy all! Sorry I've been mia for a few days, very busy. With all that's been going on I did win one personal victory last week, I got the warranty on my Mopar brakes reinstated. Once I get the check for the ones from O'reilly I'll write up the details.

Wife is re-cooperating from the shoulder surgery well. She's having some pain but it's different from before the surgery. I feel like when she starts therapy tomorrow, and after she works through the initial discomfort from that, she'll be ok.

miss Bark, wonder how Fiver is doing, Larry too. think I'll just fax everyone hard cider....

ad litem=child's representative for Court. not your enemy! ask a lot of kid questions as to how they are going to be provided for in an emergency. show you care, do NOT speak ill of the mom around the kids. they get affected. good luck, God Bless.

NEsuperfarmhand, sorry you are getting knocked around. I loved the jd 430 bulldozer seat just for that reason. careful if that lumbar is all the way out, next big jolt could hurt bad. might as well just put that back support on....

forklifting maniac here moving 400-600 pound firewood in wood crates on slick ground. storm tomorrow so got that done n covered up. busy day anyways, took time for other guys needing some help. rewarded with hot tub company, three deer in the yard as I soaked ahhhhhh, nature can be so calming
right up until a bobcat screams......."TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT raddddddddd

4 days after my shoulder surgery, I has able to pull my hand (gently) over the top of my head and scratch my other ear. The doctor nearly passed out. He said I was doing in 4 days what the rest of his patents could do in six months. But then I have been accused of being a space alien. I found that if you just keep moving, pushing yourself a little further each time, you heal faster. If you let it heal up without moving it, it heals in that position only. Moving it then tears things loose and you have to start over again. Within 7 days of my carpal tunnel surgery, I had a rivet gun back in my hands.
