WOW, I don't even know what to say. Whether they were drinking or not, I hope they didn't suffer long and from the looks of that pic, they didn't. Guess the man above needed them for some reason.

Always horrible to hear that such a young life has been snuffed out like that.

Right down the street from me, like 2 minutes. The wife had to take a detour. They kids were a year younger than me. I knew the truck not the guys. Darn shame.

^^You should join our chapter.^^

Yes Jason joined the chapter back in January but i never got to meet him. Too bad, must have been a fast truck to destroy it like that. Don't drink and drive!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our condolences to their families from the Maryland Chapter #33 members.

I'm sorry, but I don't have much compassion. I'm just glad a innocent family wasn't taken out in the accident. Which happens way to often.

I agree, I mean no disrespect to these young men, and its sad they made the decision to drink and drive. I am glad no innocent bystanders were hurt in the wreck.

I do however feel compassion for the families left without a son, brother, grandson, etc.

Horrible!

Best thing we can do is use this tragedy as yet another example when helping our friends and children to avoid the deadly use of alchohol behind the wheel....

to the members of chapter #33, i apoligive for what was percieved as a cold and "crude and tasteless" post. unfortionately i get the displeasure of seeing these situations more than anyone should. the kids are in a better place, but grieving family and friends are now left to pick up the pieces and now try to move on. i too am thankful that nobody else was injured or killed.

thru this i hope we all can take away a lesson that just because you are a teenager or drive a 8k lb truck, nobody is invicible. we are very delicate creatures and our lives can be snuffed out in an instant.

again, my condolences to the family, friends and fellow chapter members

Dang! That was a bad one. As said above, nobody likes to hear about loss of a young life, but drinking and driving is a bad combination. It's good to hear that their moment did not cost others to be harmed.

What a shame. I feel bad for the family and friends.

FWIW, I've got two boys 19 and 21 and I've talked about these dangers with them alot, but I do keep up on my prayers. I shudder to think what its like to get that phone call. I also quietly thank the powers-to-be that my folks never received a call like that too.

Be safe.
