I want one really bad.

I just wish they would make one a 3500.

I don't need a long bed, as I can get a 8'x6' trailer pretty cheap, and save the bed.

This is exactly how I use my truck. Tow heavy, and when I'm not towing, I haul around people.

I give major props to Dodge for doing this.

Finally something we have over the Ford. LOL

I'm still not sold on the looks of it....but I do like the idea of the extra leg room. I won't be getting rid of my '03 anytime soon though.

I agree with not being sold on the looks of the Megacab - especially from the side... Why couldn't they have just give the rear seat another 6 inches or so? Is that too much to ask? I'm assuming it was done this way so they wouldn't have to come up with a new frame length, but wow, from the side it just doesn't look right. Kinda like a horse with it's eyes too far apart - and you know what you have to do with horses like that...

Only cool thing about those trucks is the 325HP and 610 Ft. Lbs.
Fugly in my opinion, but I still prefer standard cabs. If it were'nt for my wife (and the fact that she makes all the money) I would have a standard cab.

I am reallllly having a hard time, I went thru this last year also. As far as you guys who don't like the new look, I too have been there, even way back when they changed from the styles of the first gen to the second gen and then to the third, I did not like the changes either but it will grow on you and one day you will look at it with very different eyes Back when they changed the fords from the 70's I thought that is when ford went downhill, but all things change. I think fighting down the new truck wantitist disease is one of the hardest things to battle Goodluck,,Rick

Just take the money that it would take to buy a new truck and add twins, EDM's and a built tranny to your truck...

Twins is the only thing left for me and I have been currently tossing that idea around, all the rest is there. I only use it to tow the rv and occasionaly farm/dozer equipment and have been looking into a set of towing twins, it is just that four door option is soooo tempting and the part of me being so tight wad and I know the money it would cost for a new one would keep this 97 on the road for the rest of my life bar a major wreck. Just talking about the cost of the new one is helping me shy away, thanks Begle1. Goodluck,,Rick

I think a couple mods, some custom paint, a FER bumper, and a big rear bumper, anywhere from 6 - 16" of lift, and this truck would be good to go.
