Help me find this tralier hitch.

I think I saw this in a magazine or online one day. It's a hitch with a ball on the end like a normal hitch. It also mounts in the receiver like a normal hitch. However, there is a rotating joint in the middle that allows the trailer to go more off camber than normal. It's designed for offroad travel so less stress is placed on the ball while crossing uneven terrain. Like using the truck to tow a pop-up down a trail.

It allows the truck to go off camber in one direction and the trailer can camber off in the opposite direction. Up/Down travel is achieved as usual on the ball.

I cannot find it after searching and I was hoping one of yall had seen it or had it bookmarked.

Cabela's has some nice hitches that may be what you are looking for.

I know they carry the ones that swivel left and right for hooking up the trailer, not sure about the off road ability of the one I saw though.

Good luck!

Why not just run a pintle hitch? You get the same range of motion, and they are a lot stronger.
