Not sure if anyone suggested MEK yet but it helped me clean oil based stain off vinyl siding when NOTHING would take it off. Might be worth a shot.

That's some GOOD stuff! I use it on tires after I paint a truck. Not only does it take the over-spray off the tires, it takes a layer of rubber off and makes them look like brand new!

spray it on then light it.
Works faster.
