Unless you are a crook or hiding from something why on earth would you want to hide your license plates? They're like belly bottons, everybody has em, and they are all different. That was a craze from CB era. CB'ers went to great pains to hide who they were and Amateur operators used their calls and they were published in a book and in internet along with the address.

Really nice truck and I went to your other postings.LMAO for awhile cause I have been in similar situations in the garage. Never fails that the parts wont fit or the jacks wont hold. I have no credit left anyway, married a woman from Texas. :'( 
Wouldn't have it any other way but man she knows how to swipe that card. I believe she is a third degree black belt in that specifc displine. I didn't think about covering mine until I read this post.Had to go check the pics I posted to see if my plates showed. They did and I kinda worried but what is done is done. Movin on now! Like "spotting a white owl up a tree"! Never have figured that CB call out. I slowed down for awhile and then just kicked the pig I was in at the time.
