Heater Core ?

Anyone on the site familiar with the cost and/or difficulty in replacing the heater core in a '98 Dodge 1500 with a 5.9L gas engine?

I fired up my truck via remote earlier tonight to go out for supper. Got to the truck, windows all fogged up, and stinkin' with antifreeze inside. This will I guess be my in between repair to do before the next transmission rebuild - on tranny #4 @ 110 000 km. Oh can I not wait to have the funds available for a new CTD with a MANUAL tranny!

What do you guys figure on forgoing the repairs and just trading it in? The stealerships screw many all the time - maybe I can make this my turn to get them back.
