2006 Pacifica (Not important)
Looking at replacement lamps, one is out.
All seem to be 1571 lumens regardless of color temp.
So should I go with 3500, 4000, 4200 for color temp.
What say ye light geeks?

Well....in days of yore we used to use DC-3 landing lights, then we went to cibe with 80/100 bulbs. But,with the CHP acting as a revenue enhancement arm for Moonbeam brown, the Pias are a good bet.Or go here..danielsternlighting and look at 80/100 Narva bulbs(for the squint sighted)
Went with the Silverstar Ultra, they we're running a $10.00 rebate and since they were only a 100 temp difference in color figured not worth the extra 30-50 bucks.
I wish our trucks had the light dispersal of the Pacificas, the whole block was lit up without creating any glare for oncoming traffic.

Found out why the whole block was lit up.
Wife was behind me coming home from work and she was blinding me from behind while I was driving my truck.
Apparently the H3 lamps can be installed upside down causing the light to aim about a foot higher at about 3 feet out.
The bulb needs to installed so that the filament is in the lower position otherwise vehicles above the height of the headlamp assembly get a view of the filament directly instead of it being shielded by the bulb cap reflector.
