It is a programmer for 1998.5 to 2002 trucks. A 2003 and up version is being beta tested.

Because your sig is all X's in your User CP option section.
The Signiture box is where you type in your truck info.

Your sig will only show on the first post of every page in a forum to help the members on dial-up to load pages faster.
