There just can't be someone on this planet that would do such a thing.
I can't count the times I've seen someone do something and thought..."Ha! Who'd a thunk it!"

For instance:

See what I mean??

You see, right now everyone here is thinking, "You know, that Hoss is just crazy enough that he might actually go off and do something like this. After all, he IS in construction and he DOES have access to plenty of leftover concrete. Hmmm....did he REALLY do it?"

There's a reason I've never posted pictures. It's more fun if I keep everyone scratching their heads.

Of course you know what an Alaskan tells a Texan? Keep it up and we will cut our state in half and make you the 3rd largest state in the union.

Hoss,

You're quite ingenious, no matter what these other guys say - true talent is rarely recognized, except by posterity...

I've devoted the last year to engineering a way to eliminate the only drawback to your concrete bedliner - reduced payload capacity.
Since there's a patent pending, I can't be too specific, but it involves pressurizing the tires with Helium - which is well known to be lighter than air.
You could regain enough payload capacity to haul concrete in the bed, for instance...

Anyway, I can send you the instructions for this mod if you're interested - all I ask in return is a no-compete, non-disclosure agreement and of course a copy of the plans for your clever bedliner upgrade.

p.s. sorry guys - couldn't resist!

Cool. Do it. At least I can live anywhere in my state during any time of the year without worrying about freezing to death.

Got that right. My Texan butt thinks it's cold enough here. I love the cold, but want it to end for more than a week a year.

Ahhhh...the thread that never dies. Just when you think it's gone forever someone goes and resurrects it from the grave.

By the way...it's been about 60,000 miles and still no cracks!!
