Gun Help

My Grandpa past a way a few years ago and left my grandma with a few guns. she was moving and we came apon them and she gave them to me. Well one was a Ruger .22 long rifle automatic pistol. I was in a case all apart. Im tryin to figure out how it goes. when i put it together the slide wont slide all the way back. I cant figure how the trigger should be positioned. Id just hate to take it to a gun smith and get charged for a dumb mistake that im making. pictures or good discription would help.

thanks guys

If it's a MKI or II Try looking here follow directions exactly and you should have no problems, they are tricky if you've never done one before

It's probably a Mark II or similar.

Here is a guide that may help you:

e-numrich probably has the schematics you need. here is the one for the MKII, but they have many other rugers.
