Cowhand, I have just bought 8.5 acres of virgin country. It has a small but constant spring and a river. The river dries up by the end of summer but during the rainy season would wash your truck away. There are a zillion nice trees on the property. Have a 180 degree view of at least 20 miles. No neighbors close by. If I told you the price it would REALLY make you hate Ca.
