Golf

Long ago when men cursed and beat the ground with sticks, it was called witchcraft............... Today, it's called golf.

Re:Golf

I fondly remember the days when the beer machines were stationed about every other hole at Hickam AFB. 18 hole could get a bit rough sometimes.

Re:Golf

The way some guys play I think you could make a mint by making a golf ball with a homing beacon built in.

If I want to go looking for something in the woods I want to be hunting for deer, rabbits, or squirrels - not a golf ball.

As we have all probably heard - "A golf course is a waste of good grazing land."

Re:Golf

Golf- It's just another one of those things we have to pay for so we can be frustrated with... Why do you think they call it a stroke, cause everytime you hit the ball you feel like your going to die!! ;D

Re:Golf

Some freinds asked if I would like to go golfing with them and I said sure - if I can bring my Baretta O/U with me. They asked me why and I said that I wanted to stand about 1/2 way down the fairway and try to pick off those little white things down before they went out of bounds. End of invitations - thank God
Bob

Re:Golf

Only reason I play is to drive the golf cart. Ever seen a golf cart do a 360? Ever seen a golf cart go mudding?
