Bwahaaa, Lary that's funny. The sad part is the boat would move faster if they pointed the gun the other way and fired it.

Way to go Puddle Pirates !!!

Now, roll your pant legs back down over your ankles and take off the sea-sickness patches.... you're back on solid ground again.

Cheers,

A couple months back, we were invited to the retirement ceremony of the hubby of a good friend of mine - it was also the Change of Command ceremony, as he was the master of the USCGC Healy.
http://www.uscg.mil/pacarea/cgcHealy/

Now, I don't think those waters are all that shallow - and where they ARE, one of the Healy's stated missions is in mapping and delineation of the arctic ocean floor, for future resource development - and guess who doesn't much like us (as in the USA) staking claim to our own seafloor resources - RIghto, Mother Russia.

So, y'all just go right ahead and have your jollies at the Coasties - I for one will ALWAYS have a ton of respect for this branch of service. Anybody who's ever had a real emergency in the water knows just how good they are.

Patting down the hair that was sticking up......
