Free Tire Gauges

I haven't gotten mine yet but from what I've heard these are good heavy duty high pressure gauges from the tire retread bureau worth about $20 not your cheesy 99 cent one that maxes out at 40psi and breaks after 3 tests. Just call 1-888-473-8732 if nobody answers leave your name, address and phone number and speak slowly and clearly.

Why? What do they want? There is usually a rope attached to something like this.

They are a non-profit organization (I think) who want to send you information about buying retreads which obviously doesn't really apply to any of us but they are giving out free gauges to truckers and non-truckers alike. They were very specific to mention that they don't give out peoples info.

They have a guy on the Sirius satellite trucking network who is the same person on the answering machine when you call that number. Their website is:

I called today and got an actual person! He was very po;lite and said they'd send it right out. Do be aware that they'll ask you what radio show you heard it on, and if you're a company driver or owner-operator. I didn't have to lie... I'm a company driver!

Thanks for the heads up!

Guys,

I got 2 of these. They are VERY nice. I would suggest you all get one. They weren't kidding when they said it was no toy!

Sign me up. I just called and he said the packet would ship out in a couple of weeks because they are swamped with phone calls.

I just wondered if there was a brand name or "made in" sticker on em. If they're Milton gauges or the like, you're looking at a $15+ gauge!!!

It says bridgestone on them. They're heavy and go up to 150 PSI and have dual heads.
