I remember him telling a story about being young and hearing a song he really liked. It must have been the first time a tune got to him. He went to a music teacher and said "why do I like this so much?".
What an interesting approach. And then to come up with songs that are so out there. Singing about the dreaded yellow snow and planning to be a dental floss tycoon.
He is definitely missed.
