Ford Ad on a Dodge Website? Are you kidding?

Why in the HELL am I getting a FORD ad on a Dodge website made to look like a thread post? Of course when I log in, it's gone but are you freaking kidding me? ME, the founder of this website would have never hit my users with such a slap in the face. Yeah I know, I have no power over this site anymore. I get it. But so much for IB following through with keeping the site within the same theme as promised upon the sale.....

Just saying..

Sir,
Internet Brands must take a page from senators, you pay them enough, they will vote in your favor. Everything has a price. If Ib were to respond to this which I doubt they will, they would cry that the ads keep the lights on and so forth. However, adding a comment suggesting, If you don't want to see the ads, they make software to block them. Simply put, It is all about the cash and nothing more.

I expect they will go away completely before long as we got them moved to an area where no registered member will see them as long as they are signed up and obviously they are not making any revenue that way.

I am actually quite pleased as they didn't have to do that but when I complained they did that right away....small steps but I will take those vs no response any day

I think they should put a few more ads on the site. I think there's still room in the 'Sticky's' section. Or better yet, somewhere in the registration process so they can see what being a member is REALLY gonna be like!

Well seeing as how they didn't keep their word, you could always go back on yours. I see cumminstruckresource is still available in dot com and org!

And I'd join today... Seeing Ford Adds has been my least concern with this place since the new takeover. I'd love to complain more often.... if I could log on to do so.

I don't mind the PowerSmokes. I find them easy to tow.

I was just noticing some stats. Back around the time we sold and about a year before, we had over 800-1000 posts per day. Right now the site is averaging about 250 per day. WOW....

Well, when the sophomoric code hangs up on every ad server hiccup, and it finally loads an insult, what would you expect?
