I was coming into I-40 today off of 55, and there was a semi up ahead that was having to really row through the gears, he had quite a load. Well, we were still going pretty slow, but there was plenty of space for him to get up to speed, so no one seemed in a hurry to pass him.
Well, here comes this guy in his Mercedes, blasting around everyone in the right lane which merges into the left on-ramp lane a few hundred feet later. He realizes that, in instead of signaling to the person behind me that he wants to come in, he decides that its better to get in front of a "big old slow Dodge truck". So I see him in my mirror, and I put my foot on the floor to get up closer to the car behind me, but you know... its my stock Dodge with a bad transmission vs. a Mercedes, so he pulls in front of me, doesn't signal, and with not more than 6" of space in front of him or in front of my truck, he pulls in front of me. So I just lay down on the horn, give him a friendly gesture, and once on the highway I pull in the middle lane to get by him, but he decides that he wants to get there too, and cuts me off a second time. Then he gives me this "helpless" looking gesture, kind of like a shrug.
So my vote goes with Mercedes drivers, I've had this happen a couple of times.

Around here, it's always the rich snobby clueless platinum blond suburban wife driving around in the convertible Beamer that's yacking on her phone and generally not giving a hoot about who else is on the road. Swerving all over the place, or driving like 20mph in a 45mph zone, wearing her big "J-Lo" shades, with her little rat of a dog yapping on the passenger seat next to her! And right after BMW, comes H2s. I don't know if it's because they can't see out of those little windows, or if they just think that everyone else WILL move out of there way.....???
i say around here is has to be Stupid teens in there little rice burners, that they think can outrun anything and they cant even outrun the old dodge, that ways 4 times what they do, but they dont think of that

The yupp mobiles, Lexus, Hummer, Land Rover, Mercedies and the likes. Complete with yuppie, cell phone in use and drinking a Starbucks.
A while back Houston TV CH 13 had a video clip of a yuppie, drinking Starbucks and yakking on the cell phone, steering with her knees.
It was one of my nieces.

Ford Taurus, hands down. It's like they have nothing to lose. Ease over 4' in front of my bumper? Doesn't matter, I'm already driving a Taurus.
Everytime I see a Taurus, I think, you actually went to a car dealership and voluntarily bought one of those things? Like, you got up that morning and said, you know what would really make my day would be a new Taurus?
Mercury Grand Marquis and most Ford SUVs are honorable mentions.

I had to pick "other" no one in the trailer park owns one of those fancy cars... And i'm scared of whats outside "the park" Ricky and Julian buy me groceries, I drive a go cart...
Volvo, hands-down. Can't pick BMW, I have one of those.
Pontiacs get honorable mention. I can't figure out whether they just flat don't have switches for the fog lights, or if the drivers can't figure out how to use them, but I don't think I've ever seen a Pontiac without its fog lights on.

I dont think its any particular type of vehicle, its more of a type of person. It does seem the more expensive the vehicle, the worse the driver.
There are also some studies that have been done that show the "safer" the vehicle, the worse the driver
