Fire Trucks in Action......
Went out drilling a few days ago with one of the 6 new pumps that the LRFD just bought. Thought you might want to see some pictures. These new pumps will put out 1750 GPM and that is what is being shown at the nozzles in these pictures.

gotta love the platforms. enjoy the new toy. we just ordered a new 100' stick and pumper from pierce and they are trying to decide if they want one more stick/platform or tiller

You feeding with 3 3" lines? Picture looks it in one shot and looks like 5" in another.

We did both. We don't have 5" discharge line yet so all we can pump at is 200 psi with 5" supply line. 3 3" lines gave us the 1750 gpm.

The only thing that ladder needs is a articulating boom, we have 2 brontos here in Tulsa, that have them and it makes them 10 times more useful...

Nice! We just put our new Pierce platform in service, what a huge improvement from our old LTI.

2000 gpm with a Hale pump. Cummins powered of course!

He lives in an MTV "Cribs" looking house Probably still patting himself on the back for that great on fuel Hybrid. Diesel is so up and down, makes it hard for some people to even justify a truck......

I am still looking for a truck, scratch that, I have found a truck I just can't afford it right now. They have a 2007 Silver Mega Cab 4X4 Dually sitting on the lot right down the road from me but the sticker is a little over 45,000 and I can't come off that much money right now. Maybe sometime in the near future.
