I made the last payment on my 2002 dodge thats in my sig on the 15th. I bought the truck Jan 2005 and paid it off Jan 2008. Its a nice feeling, now I can put that money elsewhere!

 

Works for me! Maintenance is cheaper than payments anyway.

 

I have had my frontier paid off for over a year now. Unfortuneately, the price to pay off my truck was getting a gen 2 X for my wife.
When I get my Isuzu paid off this summer, Im planning on trading it in on a full sized. I just dont know what I want.

Thats exactly what my plans are to do with the "extra" money each month.

 

That, or roll what your car payment would have been into extra principal payments on the mortgage....

Amazing how many years you can knock off with a few extra hundred a month.

I just paid off the 03 that I figured I'd drive forever, but now I'm kicking myself for not having bought a dually...

 

Same here...just paid mine off last month....just in time for me to buy a house and go into debt again!
