Re:Finally

Thanks, I worked real hard to get enough just to even think of it and I did well in school so I don't have much for college to worry about if any and I go to a 26k a year University! I'm working on guages, an edge and in the future a tranny if I can afford it...After the tranny, well I think you can figure it out ;D

Sometimes I feel down > because I don't and can't have the power you guys have but then I sit back and realize that I'm 19 and how many other 19 year olds do i know have a diesel as nice as mine!!! ;D

Thanks again, I really appreciate the comments

4.5" Lift
35x12.50x16
Injectors
Cam
Head job
Edge Comp Box
Clutching
and what ever "pushrod" will send my way.

Re:Finally

Like the truck and love the camaro...Everything is looking great...stay focussed on school so you do not end up like me...working full time and going to school

note to self: (easy to tell someone how to do it right when you got it wrong in the first place :-[)

Re:Finally

You could have some respectable bombs funded if you traded in that Camero. The good women like trucks better anyway.

Re:Finally

My son thought he could never afford a diesel but if you look in this column under the New addition to the family thread, you will see the truck I just brought back from Arkansas for him. He got a loan for it on his own and I made up the difference between what the credit union gave him and what the guy wanted which was only $1000. He financed and bought his own home before he was 19 and if you got all of that on your own, you're not doing to bad at all. Keep your head straight and keep up the good work. Good things come to those who wait and to those that are willing to work for it also.

Its actually a 1984 and its an auto with a B&M Ratchet Shifter. Not tweaked yet but running high 14's. We'll have it tweaked for this season...Hopefully! I would love to sell it and do some bombing but I think the old man would have something to say about that!
