Fedor Vs Sylvia

Who do you guys have in this one??? It is July 19th. Put on by Affliction Banned. I think it will be interesting. Sylvia has the style to make this difficult for Fedor. But, ultimatley I see Fedor getting Tim to the ground and that will be the first sign of trouble for big timmayyy. Once on the ground I think Fedor will use his superior skills to unsheath one of Tim's limbs from his body. I'm thinking armbar. But, Tim has the style and reach to crack Fedor on the chin while standing. But, if I was a betting man I would say Fedor via armbar round 2.

Come on.... Sylvia is a big mombo jombo. He wont let it go to the ground. He has about 30lbs on Fedor and 8" height. I always liked Sylvia though, for his size he is surprisingly nimble. Dont get me wrong, hes no welterweight but for being 6'8" he gets around.

I say Sylvia is going to come out hard and as long as he doesnt get wrapped up in something stupid should have it 1st round.

I am often wrong though, its hard to guess these things. Someone could get poked in the eye and mess everything up

i just hope Fedor comes out of it o.k. so he can fight Randy Couture before Couture gets too old, if he ever wins his court battle with Dana White. here's Fedor in what might be the best heavyweight MMA fight ever, against Mirko Crocop.

Ill bet you a 100 dollars it doesnt get out of the first two rounds, Fedor will make Sylvia look like someone who stepped into the cage for the first time. Fedor skills are unmatched any where in the world.

How many times has that been said about any MMA fighter? Thats what makes MMA so great to watch, it doesnt matter whos fighting, it only takes 1 mistake for the opponent to pick you apart.

Fedor is a animal, that is unarguable. No one is unbeatable, that has been proven dozens of times with the greatest fighters. Everyone can speculate, predict, and analyze fights for weeks and you never know until the judges make their decisions.

I am sorry, I pretty much side on the underdog in these supposed 1 sided matches. It seems like all too often a fighter expects to walk right through someone and they get their wake-up call.

They have the odds at -400 Fedor, +300 Silvia right now. Thats a pretty good payday if Fedor falls.

I think Sylvia will keep Fedor at a distance and damage his face up pretty good and get him bleeding.

Fedor will take some shots from Sylvia but will probably close the gap in the 2nd round.

Fedor for the win via submission or by brutal knockout....after all he is a cyborg.

Fedor - by the end of the first round.

Gotta love Sylvia, but Fedor is a machine. So is his brother.

I hope Sylvia gets his arm broke again.

Fedor is the shizzle, but I thought that about Cro-cop too before he fought in the UFC. I'm not sure what happened to him but Cro-cop is not the same fighter I used to watch in Pride.

$39.95 on PPV. there are also some preliminary fights on FSN before the PPV starts. UFC is putting a free live show on Spike the same night, featuring Anderson Silva.

I can't stand Tim Sylvia. I haven't watched him in a decent fight yet. He spends more time dancing around the ring than ever fighting. I swear hes the most boring fighter in MMA.

I hope Fedor rips Tims arm off and beats him him with it.

unless the Affliction referees are more leaniant, the fight would probably be stopped after Sylvia's arm was ripped off, and we would never even get to see Fedor beating him with it.

Fedor to win. He has fought a number of larger opponents and had come out victorious. Sylvia, I don't think he is that much larger than Fedor, plus his skills, overall, are not enough to keep this a good fight. Fedor in less than 2 rounds.
