You don't need all those people anyway. Let them STAY home... permanently. You've probably been doing their job to begin with so why keep them on the payroll?

because he doesn't want to continue to do their jobs and hopes to encourage them to work independently so he can be here....on DTR.

Wind has calmed down some, it's only -4 wind chill this morning. I think I'll venture out of my nice warm igloo and get a vehicle ready to go to work tomorrow. OOp, bear at the door, I'll wait.

we had a possum last night hubby said. kept falling over 'dead' on the porch when hubby went out to shoot him. too much laughing, no shot possum.

tomorrow WILL be better for all of you. meet at waffle house for breakfast- T rad is buying...

I dont have time to do their jobs thats why we hire competent people. There's no time for me to babysit them.
