Don't sweat that Appraiser (that always get's capitalized by the way ).

I gotta think that you have had enough, lets say bumps in the road for one Real Estate transaction.

Any questions on this appraisal, feel free to shoot me a PM, and remember to request (in writing, depending on the Lender) a copy of the report from your new house. It's something you can file away and laugh at in 10 years when your home's value is so much more than you ever thought it would be! I'm not trying to inflate your melon, but that IS a sweet pad. They seriously just don't build ranchers like that around me, they are all vinyl clad and plain Jane up here. We're lucky to maybe see a brick front.

We had the leaves here about a month ago.

Today we have just a sprinkle of snow on the ground but could get more later today.

Fall is my favorite and Spring runs a close second.
Its awesome walking in the parks here in the Spring seeing all the new life...ducks, geese, deer etc etc. The geese are heading to Hoss and SunnyBobs' homes now. Birds are smarter then us humans but they do not have any immigration issues.
