Been there, seen that. For those of you that have not seen this bridge, the picture doesn't do it justice. You can't imagine the massiveness of that steel till you see it in person. It is definately an engineering marvel.

Half of every year I live about fifteen miles north of Top -- I'm here in WV now. It was real purdy this year. That bridge over the New River Gorge is a favorite of mine -- if you turn off past the visitor's center on the north side, you can wind down a thousand feet or more to the river, and then back up the other side -- and there's a parking area and a short hike to one of the sweetest waterfalls/rapids I've ever seen -- and I've been all over the New England, the West, and western Canada. Burke's Garden and Cranberry Glades are in the area, too -- they're great, out-of-the-way places to go. <br><br>Now if I could just find good Chinese food around here, I'd never want to leave.
