I just saw an F-150 pulling a 5th wheel camper longer than my truck ....wheels pushed fully into the wells and riding on the bump stops .....any bets on how long that one will hold up?? :-X

This guy that lives up the road bought a newdodge dually 3500 auto last year. well a week ago he backed into a 25' GN horse trailer with the tailgate up well he sole the Dodge 3500 for an F150. Heard it go up the road the other day with all the horses in the trailer I think he will have a new truck again soon.

It is amazing what some people will do to try and save a buck. Glad he isn't on the roads where I live!

he was doing about 45 in a 55...can't say that I blame him and he probably had no choice.

It surely can't pull any type of a grade. I still don't understand it.

By the way, he was heading toward Georgia so, everyone look out. Black truck with bumper almost on the ground and grey 5er......bumper on the ground is an exageration. However, it was saggin' REAL hard. I could see the back jar as he went over small bumps....can you say "trip to the dentist"? ;D

Pulling is one thing.... trying to stop is another.
I sure hope he's got a good controller and a new brakes on that 5er!

Imagine him going to the dealer for warranty work on the auto with the 5th hitch installed.

I can see hime now..."I seem to have a problem with my brakes. They just don't seem to stop the truck..." omitting the part about pulling 4x the towing capacitiy.

How would you explain that one?.......DENIED!
