Everyones Profession??

Whats up diesel maniacs, not sure if this has ever been done or not so I figured I'd start it up.....

What do ya'll do for BOMBing money?? What line of work do you guys and gals do? I'm interested to see the wide variety of professions of all of us do!

Well I for one.......am a commercial construction estimator. We specialize in mainly tenant finish jobs in downtown Denver and throughout the metro area in Colorado. We do some shell and core work but not too much. Our company has about 35 employees total and this last year we did about $4 million in work......so needless to say I'm a VERY busy person

For spare money I install lift kits on trucks w/ a buddy of mine, install stereo systems, and I'm a certified welder to boot!

So what do you guys do, I wanna know!!

Mechanical Coordination Engineer without a degree...

i use autocad, and cadpipe to draw steel beams and joists in 3-D on the floor plan...then i draw the HVAC systems with all equipment and fittings in 3-D to make sure there is enough room between the ceiling and bottom of structure components to fit all the duct and pipe in...its pretty cool and we are the only company in our area that specializes in this type of work solely. I am basically a glorified draftsman...or an electronic virtual sheetmetal mechanic

Wasn't this same question posed last year? Or was it the year berfore? Maybe one of the mods could dig it up and combine the two threads?
