my guess would be if you can get a DUI on a bike, skate board, and probably a horse i would venture to say yes you could heck i seen a guy get one driving a riding lawn mower because he did not want to risk driving his truck to and from the bar

The local Gestapo tried to arrest a group of highly intoxicated horsemen, here in my town, a few weeks ago.

They weren't bothering anyone, just too drunk to fish.

Left alone, the horses would have taken them home safely.

After being on television, and locked up, the horses impounded at a local boarding stable, etc., it turns out that the only charge that the Gestapo could lay on them was public intoxication.

It is not a DUI to ride a horse drunk in Kentucky.

A similar instance happened in a neighboring county and that case was thrown out of court and the law laughed at for arresting the old man.

When I still lived on the farm....~ten years ago. The Hotel in town still had a functional hitching post in front of the bar. I know it was functional, because I used it many times. I think it's still there!
