A-10'S are cool ;D
Funny thing tho- The Iraqi's are taking the guidance systems off of some of their SAMS and just looping them up in the air. Apparently an F-15 with a HARM pod is a little intimidating to them.

The cannon on the front of those things are crazy. Fingers fit no problem in the barrels :

 

Here is a pic of a Hog I recieved on e-mail. Appears to have taken on a little hostile fire. Those things are tough, and the pilot of this thing was a female.

What is it they say? It takes a licking and it keeps on flying...<br>Thats one mean shooter for a lady to have between her legs <br><br>I heard that the plane is realy just titanium tub with wings and engines attached an that gatling gun that is way beyond mean. It can cary a lot of other ordnance as well.

 

Had the pleasure of working with a Warthog squadron out of Fla. for a couple of weeks. Great planes and wonderful folks!
