Engine Broke in

My Engine is now broke in.
Hit 100000 in the podunk town of Denmark Oregon.

Ok, so how do you get cruise to set when the speedometer is 0 mph?

I had been on cruise till I pulled over to take the picture. the Cruise was on but not engaged.
