I just have the stock stems, with the caps that don't have to be removed to check pressure or adjust pressure. The tire gage is a double headed truck type. Works great. There is a set up that connects to both tires, and is fastened to the outside wheel, and does both tires at once. It would have to be removed for rotation.

My dad has one of those hook up the air hose to one stem and fill 1 dual at one time, like dssimecek was saying. I like the idea but I'll just stick with individual extensions. This thread came from way back didn't it?

Two observations on this topic from my experience:
1) many tire "mechanics" (??) do not know how to install duallies - - they install them with both stems in the same rim access hole. Make sure they are in different holes - - much easier to get to the inside stem - - happens to me even when I remind them not to do it, both at Dodge and at Goodyear.
2) valve stem extenders (yep, they were the expensive braided jobbies) cost me $900 on my motorhome. Developed a leak, lost the pressure from both tires and I blew them both before I could get stopped. I have heard of this from several other people.
I too use the trucker style double headed tester - - no biggy.

NAPA has them. Be sitting down of the counter stool when you get the bill. They work great however. I have the long double headed tester I keep inthe driver pocket.
