Whoops! I meant 'smart' and you know it!
I wish I had the patients for charcoal... the whole get the bag out of the shed, realize you dont have enough, go to the store and get another bag, realize you dont have enough lighter fluid, get yelled at for trying to use diesel, go back to the store for lighter fluid, wait an hour on the coals to get just right, cook for 20 minutes, then wait till the coals burn up to move the grill, just takes too long.
I light my grill, throw a couple lumps of charcoal on the lava rocks, drink a beer, brush the crunchy bits off, go inside to get the steaks, by the time Im back out with the steaks, the grill is ready to cook. When im done cooking, turn the grill off and im done.

Came in for a quick break... The wife was making some homemade peach ice cream... so I get out the churn, go to plug it in... plug is corroded. Sooo, I got dremel it and clean it off really good, bring it back... motor busts! DANG the luck! Now she's on the way to get another one, we cut up a half a bushel of fresh peaches, no way we're going to let that waste.
Back to work!!!

Evening Everyone.
Went to dinner with the GF last night and we went to see a friends band play at a local bar. Made some more pickles this morning, picked a large batch of them from the garden yesterday evening. Went to lunch at buffalo wild wings and then took the GF to afew stores to buy a couple things for our wedding.
Having some beer now and thinking I might make beer brats for dinner.
Mark, Subway is a good lunch. I get either the BMT with lettuce, onion, tomatos, green peppers, hot peppers, salt/pepper, and dressed with some vineger and oil or the Meat ball sub plain.

Rick, that rotella end table is a good addition to the shop. Looks like marks shed is set up with AC too! (Big Ol Fan) Need to get one of those in dads shop,darn place is like an oven in the summer.
No beer brats tonight, gonna do turkey burgers instead.
