I think I still might have the old oil from last year sitting around. You can have it for just the shipping.

Hey Claude, just read back a few pages, prayers for you and yours sent from Virginia (me) and Wyoming (wife). Keep the chin up, and the tissue handy. Those things tend to get you when you least expect it.

If nothing else we all know she is in a much better place, and finally free of pain and all that ailed her.

I need to get me a turkey fryer still! Not a bad price on the turkey, too bad we don't have a Windex around here.

Turkey at my family gathering this year should be a good one. I am picking up a fresh one from the butcher tomorrow and mom is gonna cook it on thursday. I should pick up a second turkey and go buy a fryer too. The family has been talking about frying one for a few years now but no one has bought a fryer yet.

Hey Matt,

How goes the battle...

I had my first deep fried turkey last year on a rig in ND. spent thanksgiving there. Anyway, best turkey I have had by far. Probably will never cook a turkey the old fashioned way again. IIRC it cooked in about thirty minutes. It was VERY good. Actually cooked another one when I got back home and we celebrated t-day again. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Morning all you turkey frying fools!

It's Tuesday, November 24th.

On this day in 1615 - French King Louis XIII married Ann of Austria. They were both 14 years old.

1859 - Charles Darwin, a British naturalist, published "On the Origin of Species." It was the paper in which he explained his theory of evolution through the process of natural selection.

1863 - During the Civil War, the battle for Lookout Mountain began in Tennessee.

1871 - The National Rifle Association was incorporated in the U.S.

1903 - Clyde J. Coleman received the patent for an electric self-starter for an automobile.

1940 - ***** closed off the Jewish ghetto in Warsaw, Poland. Over the next three years the population dropped from 350,000 to 70,000 due to starvation, disease and deportations to concentration camps.

1944 - During World War II, the first raid against the Japanese capital of Tokyo was made by land-based U.S. bombers.

1963 - Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald live on national television.

1971 - Hijacker Dan Cooper, known as D.B. Cooper, parachuted from a Northwest Airlines 727 over Washington state with $200,000 in ransom.

1987 - The U.S. and the Soviet Union agreed to scrap short- and medium-range missiles. It was the first superpower treaty to eliminate an entire class of nuclear weapons.

1993 - The U.S. Congress gave its final approval to the Brady handgun control bill.

I'm a northerner, just displaced in the south. I can't really get into the finer points of southern cuisine.

Sam's club Matt, that's where I got mine. It came with all the goodies, basket, bird stand and hook, thermometer, burner and regulator, everything you need except oil and gas.

Actually I'm building a trade show crate for a new customer today.. My trade show builder took his vacation this week. Now if I can just remember how to build one of these things.. I'll take pictures later. (if i can still build these.)

Quite obvious Rick never got that memo... can't believe anything would naturally select him...

He has that covered too, but EPA wont let Sams sell it anymore. Too many fatalities.

You got caught in the cross fire... consider yourself collateral damage. You can sue Rick for war crimes and have him build your display crates.

Probably end up looking like this though...
