Good morning everyone!

I'm glad to see everyone had a warm night. Hat, that's a good pic but it does raise a few questions. The plans on the shed doors........excuse me, operations HQ, are they future battlements or the next campaign? Why does Heidi look so small next to you guys? Don't know why, but the whip doesn't surprise me.

I'm not sure about the judges hight, but I'm 6'0", and 04 stands a few inches taller than me...

No, ding hair dong... That's homemade vanilla bean whipped cream. OL uses sugar and heavy whipping cream in a mixer, and beats it till it's whipped cream. She gets vanilla beans and splis them to use fresh vanilla flavor.

Mornin, DTR faithful. I got kid duty this mornin, wife left to go get the oldest son from columbia. Hope no one dies...

I'm about worthless...

Mornin Mornin.

Still -20*C overnight temps. They say it's suppose to go up to -7*C today and by Wednesday -2*C. Doesn't seem like a "normal" year to me. A little overcast right now and no wind which is a good thing. The Right coast is sure getting a blast of cold and wet.

Redleg sounds like your in for a busy time again. Saw last night on the tube that on the 400 by Toronto they had a 100 vehicle pileup. No one killed but lots banged up. Not a good time to have stock in the insurance company's. Can you say HIGHER RATES...

Heidi hope you don't have to break the ice to get into the water when you get down by Fiver's homestead. Looks like their going to get some cool weather too.

Have a good one drive safe and have fun... Later.

Mornin' all,

Houston 45*F, converted to C ((45+40)x5/9)-40= 7.2*C and partly cloudy with a 14 mph breeze from the east.

Kidletts no school, MLK holiday. Wife is at work. Got her school work caught up. Cost accounting is a tuff course. Tapped the drum of midnight oil.

Looks like HAT, 04, and JWBM are having a good time, great pix.

Hooters in competing with Starbucks, and Caribou Coffee now. Hmmm.

Thanks CIN, got the goodie bags, and grabbed another

OLDDOG and IJobb, both got about the same tempatures, -4 to -5 F that be cold.

Chaikwa, if you just leave the sprinkle mess alone it will roll out the door.

Redleg, busy night for you, Uggg.

Visited my much older and much much wiser sister yesterday. She Netflixed the movie "DOOR TO DOOR." Good true story movie. http://www.tnt.tv/title/?oid=341694
Heard him speak once. Interesting life, and what he did.

I even put some stuff in my job jar. So see how much I can get done.

Have a good un and be safe out there.

Out in ten... wouldn't suggest anybody to be standing in front of the door. Have a good rest of the holiday.

not quite as good as the sweet potato casserole was yesterday...

but i managed to stuff half it down my pie hole right after that picture, and i am mighty considering the other half as my "afternoon delite" ......

i try to pick on Mads wife about not putting pecans in her brownies, but she can't understand me since my mouth is usually full of her cooking. she does Ok.

she fed me on paper plate yesterday, so she didn't have to hear my fork scraping her good china...

JWBM has a OEM GPS in her 2004.5
it gives directions, but don't have a map display. it got them to my doorstep, so it works good enough.

no, but when i left Nebraska,
i put my snow shovel in the moving truck, and told the moving guys to KEEP IT.

they just threw it on top of my stuff, and
when we got to Georgia, that was quite the conversation piece.
it's alot more fun to talk about shoveling snow, than to shovel it...
