Soggy morning on the left coast,

Jeez .... where'd the sunshine go and who turned on the outside shower ? It ain't fit for man nor beast out there (at least not by PISTOL standards).

But, since someone (cough, cough, Bruce, cough, cough) apparently didn't get my room number right and I didn't get my fax of cathead bisquits & sorghum molasses ...I will just have to brave the trip across the street to go get some breakfast.

I need to do my squaw work today and do some laundry but think that is just gonna have to wait. I'm sure there is something else more interesting to do in this town other than scrub skivvies. And I'm sure that there will be beer or wine associated with it .

Y'all be safe and enjoy the day the good Lord gave ya (soggy or not),
PISTOL

Afternoon,
Been at it for a while, but had a good morning off.

We use sorgum down in flori-duh as a product for cattle feed.

Mornin all

Rough Friday night. Wife got a migraine In the middle of the night. Didn't know a headache could be so bad. Never get them myself really. Made her sick, twice, threw up supper and everything else that was in there. Turned white as a ghost. Spent half the night massaging her neck and temples. Pain relievers didn't seem to help at all. Wouldn't stay down anyway. Saturday was a rest day.

Timmi's coffee, must be a special occasion. Good to the last drop...

We use to have an old plate rolling machine that was only 4ft long. Looked a lot like the pic that Chris posted. It would handle 3/8-1/2" plate and roll it into a 8" round. Depending how long a piece it was. Lots of power with it having a gear reducer etc. No trough on it. I can see the gears turning already Shortround.

Hat less than 3 weeks to go. Illegitimus non Carborundom...

Have fun and drive safe

Stan,

Tim Horton no habla Espanol. Where did you get Tim Horton coffee? He only speaks Canuck (if there really is a Tim Horton). Hmmm, is there really a Ronald McDonald? How about Mr. Burger King? He doesn't come down my line of Kings that I know of.

Gorgeous day here too. Good church service this morning, great lunch - - now looking out an inviting patio and pool with bright sun - - sounds like tan time to me. Grab me some foo foo and I am out of here. See ya,

Bob

Yes, there really is (was) a Tim Horton. He was a famous hockey player. He is also big into camps in the bush for disabled and under privileged kids.
Have this coffee 'cuz a helper arrived from Canada last week with a few pounds of Tim Horton's coffee as an offering. Our Canadian boss made him bring it down as a gift/offering to the god (me).
Good coffee!!!!
Too bad there are no Tim Horton's coffee shops in Mexico.

We attract the deer with a little, then mix the rest with butter and sop it up with a biscuit beside the grilled backstrap.

Tim Horton had a Ford Paneterra (spelling) unfortunately he lost control of it one day and was instantly given his wings.

Hopefully he had made previous arrangements to secure wings BEFORE they were needed. Too late after the fact.

The car he was driving when he died was a De Tomaso Pantera
If you want to learn more about Tim Horton read;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Horton

http://www.timhortons.com/en/goodwil...ens_about.html

His coffee is a LOT better than a certain foo-foo coffee from somebody in Florida, the "coffee" that the janitor makes and the so-called coffee supposedly strained thru some sock.

another day in the pursuit of.... ok, no pursuit here anymore, I caught the car, and now I don't know what to do with it.

Tims coffee, good stuff for someone else. There are a lot of people who like it, and I know I like the taste of it, BUT. It gives me a raging headache within less than half a cup, sooooo. Doughnuts, plentiful and flavoured. Crullers, because you can't have a better heart attack than dough fried in grease covered in sugar. And black tea.

Weather is odd in the northern part of the country this fall, lots of rain, finally saw the sun for the first time this week. That lasted all of an hour or two.

Work makes money makes the world go round. Have a safe week

Logging on to three systems to get the day started.......
Coffee is NOT an option when trying to remember all these passwords.

Cool morning, G-G got the transport duties today.
Trying to save some of that $3.10 plus a gallon Diesel Fuel.
If this keeps up, when it gets coooold, I'll have to start driving Wifey's Landcruiser (which gets worse MPG than my truck) to save money.

Stuff to do pile is pretty small right now,.........but it IS Monday.

Y'all stay safe,

Yep, it's Monday. Gonna be a JTA day with lots of fires and gators created by the I part of DWI.
Raining like a mother this morning. I said to heck with opening up the other shop. Let those that work down there get out in the rain and open it up themselves.
Time to git moving.

Shortround out

Morning, little late today. As of 1am we were still in shut-down. Got up at 4:30 as usual, no messages, so resumed the changed schedule for "shut-down" which had me comeing in at 10a. Got a call at 5 that the budget went through and get here at 7.

Got my limit yesterday. Let a couple females that were still full of eggs go and lost some really big ones. Even with low water and an easy current, it was hard keeping the hook in them. Have them soaking for the smoker already.

Coffee's ready.
