Slept lousy last night - - hope for better tonight. Wish I could sleep past 5:30am. Dumb eyes pop open no matter what time I go to bed - - DUH. OK, I'm gone.

Claude that is heirloom stuff right there, beautiful. my neighbor makes quilts from the clothing of a deceased loved one. at first I thought that was kinda creepy, but very positive responses and neighbor is an excellent craftswoman.
designs/patterns that were a part of their hobbies, ect. hearts, all that. wonderful gals that can do that stuff, Heaven isn't big enough ...

Ran three miles today, did it in 24 minutes flat. Stopped to wait on a guy a few times, too, I probably could have been around 23:30.

Makes me happy.

 

Right now, I couldn't do 1 in 24. I'm embarrassed.

 

I have a theory about running; there's no need for it! If you have to run after someone because they've done something they shouldn't have, just shoot them instead. If you have to run FROM someone because you've done something you shouldn't have, you DESERVE to be shot!
