I've been told by several of our lumber brokers, that hardwood is going to double in the next 6 months. You gonna jump on the band wagon?

I doubt it. I'm scheduled for a timber sale in 2011, so I'm just going to stick by the management plan and hope for the best.

why would you pack styrofoam in hardwood. Seems as though cardboard would be cheaper...

I agree with the management plan.. Much better to sell volumes that make a one time deal

My timber stand is my retirement plan. I don't want to mess that up.
