All is well. Arm is stronger then ever. I have my sights set on a Masters competition in 2012. It just so happens that it will be on the wknd I turn 50!
Dropped 25 pounds and have not even started into my weights. Just lots of walking. Phase 2 starts Dec 1.

We hit 17C here which I think is about 64F? Terrible summer...cold and rainy, then we got up to 90F and 9 days later snow and cold all through Oct and now this warm weather...very unusual for here.

Glad your doing well. I started back to the weights this wee with a guy from work. (more of a short hulk ) Arms feel like lead and I can barely lift my lunchbox. This is supposed to be good for me?

After figuring out what they're doing, talking with their supervisors and calling the public utilities commission, I've found out that nothing will be done.
Local Electric co-op up here can estimate our usage. They can't do it more than 2 or 3 months in a row and if you want to contest it, the'll let you read your own meter that month and adjust the bill. Next month after that, they are sure to read the meter to make sure it's right......

Evenin' All. It's a sweltering -18* this fine evening. Fresh pot of coffee is percolating. Should be a good night.

Okay so here is what you do. Start with a 12 oz., then move up to a 24oz. After that go to a quart, then half gallon, then a 12pack, then a 20 pack, 2-20 packs then a pony and finally a full keg. Great part is when you finish that program, you wont ever remember that your arms feel like lead!!!

Course you wont remember anything else either....

Mmmmm good coffee. Gonna finish this cup and turn in, lots a framing to do tomorrow.....

It's almost as slow in here as it is at work........

Been 8 hours since I had a new customer. Pushing 4 hours since the last post..........

Perhaps a strong pot of joe will get something started. I wonder if the reactor is in the closet.........

SMILE FOR THE CAMERA - - TIME TO RISE AND SHINE - - STICK YOUR TOES OUT AND PUT THEM ON THE FLOOR.

Hey, hey - - day is wasting - - sun is up, things to do - - get up and get at it. Go have some fun. Make some money. Go fishin' - - - do somethin, don't just lay there.

OK, fresh coffee is on and ph00, tea in the sock for Claude, fresh simmammomm buns on the counter. Come and get it - - the dragon is still asleep so all is well - - just be quiet.

Wow, the dead has arisen - - I missed your post - - hi Scotty. Been missing you coming around and harrassing us. I trust Punta Dunta lady and the little (well, now big) one are well and sassy. Glad to hear about the arm doing good - - that is a big part of your life. Now, get those spheres out and start playing. Just be careful and don't push it too quick. Guess I will be redoing the shoulder surgery when we get back from our spring trip - - nasty.

Weather has been terrible down here too. Had to go have a nap in the sun on the lanai yesterday. Flowers are all blooming, can't keep stuff pruned - - really tough. Come around more often and say boo. We miss ya.

You're welcome big guy. Just didn't want you freezing solid - - need some warm liquids running down that guzzle pipe. Couldn't figure out how to plug you in for the night to keep you ready to start in the morning.
