Mornin' all!

Looks like Pind and I are sharing the same weather....-38* here as well. Supposed to stay that way for a while too. Or according to whose weather report you prefer, drop down to -60*ish for a bit. The aviation weather show a high coming over from Siberia and hanging out for a week or so..... Yipee!

Gotta keep the coffee pot on I guess....

Howdy from the McDonald's Wi-Fi Hotspot in Amelia, Virginia.

Smooookin' fast.

Now to go home and assemble a desk-in-a-box.

Spending the weekend with Wifey, it's all good.

Shrew - - down my pants - - you are crazier than I first thought. ..............You are one nutty guy - - but neat. Florida??? Well, we are having a cold spell - - it will only reach 68 today - - quite cold. No pool today and I ain't running that heater - - too expensive. About 45 tonight so the orchids get another nite nite in the house.

Out to lunch with the gang - - watching fuuutbawl. Heidi - - - come on down. We have foreclosures on the water all over the place for less than 1/2 of what they were 3 years ago. Some nice stuff.

OK, TV - -more games.

Evening all.

Got home from teaching an all day class today and thought the lights looked a little dim. Refrigerators and anything else with a motor was humming or making other strange noises. Unplugged everything then checked voltage... 52.2 volts. 5 years ago it was just the opposite; 190 volts at the outlets. So here we sit on generator power, probably for another week long outage.

52V + 190V / 2 = 121V

On average, your voltage is just right.

Red face A question change of names for the chat box

hey all you administrator types I have a question and an answer I ask this of you because this is where the start of all the good things begin small and scrawny one HTML letter CODE at a time ....

the person who named the chat box full is away how about we change it when we can to DC's bar and chat as in Dodge Cummins the folks who use the chat regularly voted and like it yes it was a very small straw vote think Iowa caucus no one understands it but it may cause bigger things to happen
thanks all finished my soap box and smoke and going back to the bar DC'S eh

What luck eh? Electrical hazard break room is closed out, then this happens. I guess, better 52 volts, than 220?

I got a bunch of projects done this weekend. Anyone got a few tips on straightening a building?

4WD tractor, and wire cables. Stop just after the first pop...

traingulate bracing in corners, open beer, take a drink, hand it to you wife and say...

"Hold my beer and watch this"

release cables...
