So sing it to yourself... over and over and over!

Evening all.

Gotta go scrounge up something that resembles a supper. Maybe tuna and peanut butter! Mmmm!

Evening...

Had a lot of rain here this afternoon, a real boomer, and had water standing in the yard pretty good (I'm still in Fl.)

Tired.

Only one and a half days left, I'm ready to go home.

It might be after I get this tumorous mass removed. I will need a place to put it and the coffee pot looks good.

Evening everyone. Mowed and did yard work early this morning and then the wife and I headed to the FILs for a cook out to celebrate his b-day/fathers day. Spent most of the day there.

Well, lets see...around 19 months ago I tipped the scales at 340 pounds.
Yesterday I was 284 pounds and my goal is 250 and maybe 235 within the next 18 months. If you are referring to the fasting...I really do not notice as I do not eat breakfast until mid morning anyway. Nothing by mouth from midnight to 9:00 a.m. is not that bad.

Where else would you put food? Nevermind... I don't wanna know!

Morning all.

Today is Monday, June 21st, the summer solstice.

On this day in 1788 - The U.S. Constitution went into effect when New Hampshire became the ninth state to ratify it.

1834 - Cyrus McCormick patented the first practical mechanical reaper for farming. His invention allowed farmers to more than double their crop size.

1938 - In Washington, U.S. President Roosevelt signed the $3.75 billion Emergency Relief Appropriation Act.

1941 - German troops entered Russia on a front from the Arctic to Black Sea.

1982 - A jury in Washington, DC, found John Hinckley Jr. innocent by reason of insanity in the shootings of U.S. President Reagan and three other men.

1985 - Scientists announced that skeletal remains exhumed in Brazil were those of **** war criminal Josef Mengele.

1989 - The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that burning the American flag as a form of political protest was protected by the First Amendment.

2004 - SpaceShipOne, designed by Burt Rutan and piloted by Mike Melvill, reached 328,491 feet above Earth in a 90 minute flight. The height is about 400 feet above the distance scientists consider to be the boundary of space.

Not a lot happened on this day in history... probably because everyone was enjoying the first day of summer.

Coffee, tea and ph00 are ready.

Just giving you a hard time about the fasting but I'm glad you've dropped that much weight, much healthier.
