I understand the coffee, but where did you find the electric chair for the doughnuts?
Good start to a new break room I think. If not, things always get bad before they get better.
Weather is staying unseasonably warm so far. We'll get it in spades before too long though.
Something disgusting when you're in a hurry. A pound of whatever ground meat happens to move you, brown it in a saucepan, add a can of browned beans in tomato sauce, heat evenly. then whip 4 eggs in a one cup measure, with just enough milk to bring it to 1 cup even. Stir into the ground w/ beans mixture til cooked, serve with garlic toast.
Doesn't sound like much, but when you're hungry and in a hurry, it gets you through the day.

Morning all from a soggy Paradise. Last night it rained, and rained, and rained. Have not heard the official figure yet, but would not be surprised to discover that it was at least 1.5 inches and maybe even two. We did need the rain, but not that much all at once.
Last night, or maybe to be correct I should say, this morning at 12.01 we had a time change, so for now we are an hour ahead of you.
Not too much to report from down here, but sure glad I am here instead of the areas where some of you live with the cooling trend and that white, cold, miserable stuff. The worst we have had so far is one morning where the temp dropped all the way down to about 60 freezing degrees, but at least by 10 a.m. it's back up to the norm of around 70

I noticed that this AM. I bought a new alarm clock a few years ago that will automatically adjust for DST. A month or so later they changed the dates DST happens and now my clock is off 4 times a year instead of only 2
