Well, back in from the lanai. Jumped in the pool for a while to cool off - - really warm out there even to the point of a little red on the chest. Really tough. Iced tea was very welcome. Sorry about all that nasty stuff up there, gang.

We are seeing gusts to 60 here now with stinging wet snow...real bad out there.
Had to take my little buddy swimming [no not Hat, my daughter]. We got there and realized we forgot her towel and her clothes for after.
Fueled up the truck while I was getting pelted and bounced around by the wind and snow.
I have a tan from the wind burn. Time to launch a reminder Sphere over to SpeedoCladBobby now.

This kind of weather gives me an even better chance of getting in for a scope tomorrow. Lots of folks will stay home and miss their scheduled surgeries.

Burrrrrrrrr.

Evening.

Didn't seem to get the heavy weather they said we were supposed to get, tho we were under a tornado warning all morning. Never got the horrendous rains they said we would, just regular wind-swept stuff, less than an inch I'd guess. They're still saying wicked winds here thru tomorrow nite, but we still have power so it can't be that bad. We usually lose it if the neighbor sneezes hard! Canceled an event we had scheduled tomorrow because the weather idiots said the wind would be so bad it would be tipping over tractor trailers. It better get worse quick or I might feel bad about canceling.

Hey Scotty - - forgot to say best of luck on the doc visit tomorrow. Hope they find it quick and it is not invasive. Not fun on the rehab. I am not anxiously awaiting my trip to the doc - - I don't really want to hear what I think he is going to tell me - - sounds too much like what you are having. YUK

Batton down the hatches up there, matey - - don't blow away. I will think of you in the pool tomorrow.

Well that came out of nowhere

Of course not. Just figured with the long line of pork jokes he would get a little laugh out of it.
