Well for traction look up a product called shark skin. We use it on top of colored and sculptured concrete. It is a powder, looks like sugar, but when everything is dry, it actually feels like shark skin. Petty cool stuff and not very expensive. It is used for the top coat (lacquer) so it is not slick when wet or icy. you just mix it right in to your paint or epoxy.

Well the good thing is that you don't own the house so if it doesn't work as expected you can chalk it up to experience.

Lots of simple green and bleach! I also put Chaikwa through the wash.

No, I didn't forget it. I ignored it. I will not be a party to that garbage and my tax dollars will not go to fund it. I will find a way to not pay taxes if I have to, and if more people did the same thing, maybe the idiots would wake up.

It ain't hard to do. There are avenues in place, put there by our lovely government, that we can all take advantage of. I haven't done it yet, but it's easy enough to do. And if the current trends continue, I'll take the measures necessary to make it happen.
