As you should be. Tell him Thank You for me. One of the proudest, yet depressing days for me was the day my lil bro got his EGA. I was so proud to see him on the Parade Deck. Just made me regret never joining the military even more, I dont regret much, but that I do.

I still get goosebumps thinking about how impressive that graduation was, and how proud those Marines were. It was inspiring.
Yeah, but I have a light truck... I will tell him...

Yeah, wouldn't want to forget the "T"!

Not much going on today. Wife and I went for lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings, she wanted to watch some of the NCAA games today. Did some shopping afterwards and came back home to work in the basement.

I'm a little irritated from seeing the news today. Hopefully November will bring some much needed change in the political line up in DC.

Got news today from mom, a very good family friend of ours is in critical condition after his pacemaker had an episode and caused him to blackout while driving. He put his SUV through the from of a Home Depot. Both legs broken, broken shoulder, and some broken ribs. The Dr's are having a hard time keeping his BP stable, once the stablize him they can operate on his legs. Keeping him and his family in my prayers tonight.

Father in-laws pacemaker also had an "episode" a while back. Lucky he had just parked the car. Hope your family friend pulls through.
Trying not to let "health" issues get me down (trying to avoid a political issue) so am playing Call of Duty on line to get me back in the right frame of mind. Currently getting beaten by some guys on a server out of Canada. Check back later.

Thanks Bark!

I'm watching Platoon to keep my mind off of the healthcare issue.

Thanks Mark!

Haven't heard anything new about him since the afternoon, been on my mind ever since. He played a big role in my life as a child and teenager. He was a neighbor of ours when I was a kid and was very good friends with mom and dad.
