When you get into a car, after using your truck, you pull out into traffic and it doesn't have the pick-up and go of your truck?

(Manual guys know these) You jump into a auto and instinctively push in the clutch only to realize it is the parking brake?

Or you turn the car off without putting it into park? Then wonder why you are rolling and cannot get the keys out of the ignition?

I hate it when I drive the wife's truck and shut it off and wonder why is my truck broke? No shaky shaky.

I hate hopping into my 5spd Mustang after a few months and needing to relearn the RPM's again to avoid using the clutch.

Grind...GRIND! But she's got 140k on her original clutch. (Fingers crossed)

 

I just hate hopping in the wife's van and looking for the wait to start lamp! She looks at me like " what the heck are you waiting on!?"

 

dont u hate it when u turn ur blinker on and the brakes on the trailer ur pulling pulse and lock up everytime it blinks? Oh wait that was just my messed up wiring adapter I used, lol.

 

when i get into my dads d-max i always try and go for the clutch! the other day i got into my sister in-laws jeep grand cherokee i knew it was an auto so i didnt go for the clutch but when i went to put it in park the freeking windshild wipers came on! that one go me pretty good!

 

i hate it when i drive my moms car, which is a console shift, and reach for the non-exsistant column shifter. also, in her car, reaching for the column to turn off the ignition, which is on the dash (Impala).

 

When I go to shut off a gas vehicle like my parent's vehicles and I'm sitting there letting it idle for 5-10 seconds and then it hits me that I don't have to wait for the EGTs to cool down.

Don't you hate it when...

People avoid getting behind your truck at lights because they think its gonna take 4 minutes to get up to speed

People who roll up their windows and give you a glare when you pull up next to them (actually, I find it kind of funny)

When you can't find the wait-to-start light in a gasser truck or car

When you want that BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ buzzer to STOP but you have to have the door open and your hands are full so you can't take the keys out of the ignition

When the DTR website is down

When you do a whole bunch of work on something and are so excited about finally getting to _____________ with it, and the minute you try to do _____________ it blows into ________ pieces.

When you lose an auction on eBay in the last 2 seconds

When you are all ready to change your oil in your truck when you realize all of your wrenches/sockets are over at your old house

I hate driving my wifes Durango it makes me feel like I'm less of a man.
I hate not being able to smoke out ricers.
Same as everyone else I look for the wait to start light on gassers.
But even at work I get on the diesel forklift and look for the wait to start light and a little puffs of black smoke.
Also wishing it had a turbo so I can here that whistle.
MAN I'm diesel Crazy.

 

What about when you get in a gas vehicle and lean up to look out the side mirror just hoping to see some smoke when you know there wont be any!

 

Guilty. Many times.

Don't you hate it when through the cloud of smoke behind you appears red and blue flashing lights?! Guilty!

 

What about when driving an auto and you go to stop you try to push in the non exesient clutch and hit the edge of the brake petal causing evry thing in the back seat to quickly move to the front seats.

this actually happens in my truck. when i forget that the cruise controls are on the steering wheel, and hit the button on the end of the turn signal lever, to find its the windshield washer.

 

I hate it when I have to go to a gas station that has the diesel pump at the same as the gas pump. Well, while all of the pumps are open gassers decide to take the only pump with diesel and make me friggin wait. I just pull up infront or behind them real close and let it idle. And also those idiot gassers will fill up, go spend 5 minutes inside, or go to BK that is attached to the one I go to sometimes. THAT GOES OVER LIKE A TURD IN A PUNCHBOWL WITH ME!!!!
